SIDA Care Services was founded by Sarah Sida, a results-driven leader with over 14 years of hands-on experience in the aged care sector. Sarah’s background spans senior roles in quality, safety, and risk management for some of Victoria’s most respected aged care and home care providers. Her expertise covers compliance consultancy for aged care, policy development, risk mitigation, audit management, and the creation of robust aged care compliance checklists and frameworks.

  • Supporting providers with business plans, registration applications, and compliance reviews, including for DVA and Home Care Package (HCP) markets.
